RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). To request a return, email me at splitsilkboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number and items you would like to return. You must pay for shipping to return the item. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Our inventory is constantly changing so we do not do exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
All Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, sunglasses and belts) are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns/Exchange.
Gift Cards are Final Sale.
